What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions?
I was looking at ways to manage my anxiety triggered by perimenopause. Specifically, my main concern was around anxiety when driving.


Did You Achieve Your Goal?
Absolutely! I’ve noticed a significant shift in my mindset and ability to manage anxiety. I’ve been able to drive to new places, go on solo trips, and tackle challenges that previously felt overwhelming.


What did you achieve 
Through our sessions, I gained a deeper understanding of my brain and behaviours. I learned to focus on gratitude, reframe negative thoughts, and cultivate a more positive mindset. The trance sessions have been incredibly relaxing, and I’ve benefited greatly from the audio recording.


Could anything have been handled better?
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. Louise’s expertise, empathy, and support have been invaluable.


Would you use this person’s services again?
Yes I would, next time I am feeling in need of some support I will be contacting Louise.


Would you recommend this person to others?
Yes I would recommend Louise to anyone struggling with anxiety, low mood and looking to change their mindset to a more positive one.

What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions?
I was looking to achieve a mindset that was able to concentrate more on the task at hand and to procrastinate less. Have more meaningful relaxing time, and give myself more time for my hobbies.

Did You Achieve Your Goal?
I am on the way to achieving my goals, I have come a long way and feel more in control of working towards my goals in lots of areas of my life.

What did you achieve 
I have managed to spend more of my leisure time ensuring that many hobbies are worked on and I have had immense fun making my time more about doing the things that I want to do instead of just using my phone or watching TV.

Could anything have been handled better?
Louise was amazing every week and we’ve had such good chats every week, it is so lovely to speak to someone who was constantly positive and only focussing on the GOOD things every week, and working on them instead of looking at the negatives.

What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions?
I hoped to find time and space to reflect on issues and create a plan to move forward. I wanted to spend quiet time in reflection but in a manner that had a positive forward-looking approach. 

Did You Achieve Your Goal?
I have learned a lot in the process and have been able to recognise negative traits that lead to spiralling of thoughts and moods. The approach has allowed me to focus more on positive solutions which are manageable and not so over whelming. Focusing on smaller achievable steps for improvement has been a revelation as trying to make wholesale and large changes can create an overwhelming sense that change is impossible. 

What did you achieve 
I am feeling much more able to stop and think and breakdown issues. I can remain in the top half of the brain and keep positive thoughts and actions at the forefront of my mind. I can recognise when the negative thoughts are causing mood changes and actively change my mind set. 

Could anything have been handled better?
Not that I can think of. 

Would you use this person’s services again?
Without doubt – having someone to listen and share ideas with is invaluable. Using the skills with the therapist and having support from her has changed things for me and I would definitely like to continue. 

Would you recommend this person to others?
Absolutely and I have. Getting people to have the first session is the biggest barrier as people are sceptical or feel too vulnerable to open up. Once you’re in and understand the process the only way is up!!

What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions?
To overcome my phobia of being sick myself, or hearing or seeing others being sick.

Did You Achieve Your Goal?
Whilst I have not physically been sick since my sessions, I am able to think about it without feeling/being sick and feel that I have achieved my goal.  

What did you achieve 
With Louise’s help I have achieved my goal of overcoming my phobia of sick. Previously I have not been able to have conversations around sick without feeling sick or being sick, and since my last session I have been able to do this without any negative feelings. I have not been sick since my last session but thinking about if I was, I am no longer worried about it. I have also used the mp3 at bedtime which has enabled me to fully relax and fall asleep much quicker than previously, and into a much deeper sleep.

Could anything have been handled better?
The sessions were well organised and it was appreciated to be able to complete the sessions online to fit in with my schedule.

Would you use this person’s services again?
Yes I would like to continue working with Louise  

Would you recommend this person to others?
Yes I will be recommending Louise to anyone I feel could benefit from her sessions

What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions?

I have had my driving licence since 2009, and didn’t drive much after passing my test, so lost confidence. I haven’t driven for around 10 years, so wanted to get my confidence back so I could start driving (and be more independent) again.

Did You Achieve Your Goal?

I have not yet driven since having my hypnotherapy sessions, but I feel more positive about the thought of driving. So, once the weather improves, I am going to start driving.

What did you achieve 

I learnt a lot about how the brain works, and to focus on the positives rather than negatives. I have a lot more self-awareness since my sessions.

Could anything have been handled better?
No, the sessions were great!

Definitely
